Brand overhead traveling cranes manufactured by us include both single girder and double girder (E.O.T. / H.O.T.) ranging from 500 kgs to 50000 kgs capacity. These are designed and manufactured in accordance with IS 3177 considering proper factor of safety with respect to appropriate duty classifications.

As per Indian standard specification 807 and 3177 cranes have been basically divided into four classes:

Class I - Light Duty: These are normal maintenance cranes which are not in constant use. Cranes for periodical maintenance of plant and machinery come under this category.
Class II - Medium Duty: This class perhaps covers the largest number of cranes used in the industry. In workshops, foundries, processing plants, important ware-houses and in fact every area, where a fair degree of activity exists.
Class - III Heavy Duty : For workshops and production shops, where the cranes, in addition to normal handling work, also become a part of production process.
Class - IV Extra Heavy Duty : This class includes very special cranes whose highest importance is in steel industry, important storage houses and in some other selected industries. These are for continuous duty operation.
